This ABC octahedral crystal has one internal flaw which is close to the heart of the stone. Depending on the viewing angle of the stone, the flaw reflects off the other internal faces creating the illusion of other imperfections. For the inexperienced eye, the original flaw's location may be hard to pinpoint. |
